Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions to meet every challenge
Supporting your GRC compliance and regulatory needs with expert consultancy, in-sourced resources and out-sourced support.
Compliance consulting
Blueprint GRC brings together some of the sector’s most experienced governance, risk and compliance experts to provide our clients with a deep bench of expertise.
Our compliance consulting offering is led by an executive team with over 60 years’ experience in front-line regulatory consulting, as well as many years in industry or at the regulator.
Blueprint GRC’s wider team has been selected for their experience subject-matter expertise, and practical approach.
After decades supporting multi-strategy clients in the hedge fund, private markets, and traditional asset management space, our team recognises the need for practical and results-driven output.

We’re often appointed through a retained arrangement to provide on-going support. We work with our clients to optimise that relationship – using our experience to make the best use of their time, effort and budget.
We listen to the concerns of our clients and build them a tailored, retained solution to address those needs, help mitigate risk and achieve industry best practice. One size does not fit all.
We can also be asked to deliver on a specific project – where our focus on timely execution, under expert supervision, becomes critical.
This level of advisory service can often sit alongside an in-sourced secondment or outsourced solution… or simply as a standalone provision.
In-sourced flexible resources
Blueprint GRC provides temporary compliance resources, at levels ranging from SMF16/17/CCO to general compliance staff, KYC/AML specialists and junior analysts.
Our secondees can work at your offices or off-site, and all our resources are managed by a senior leadership with decades of hands-on experience of resolving GRC issues, regulatory support and project execution.
An in-sourcing arrangement might be a dedicated compliance professional for one or more days per week, for several weeks or months on assignment. We’ll resource to meet your requirements.

When Blueprint GRC’s flexible staff resources might be required:
- Compliance staffing issues, such as resignations, under-staffed etc.
- Independent review and audit – assisting Internal Audit, or resourcing an examination of a specific area or controls
- Pre-regulatory examination housekeeping and preparation
- Remediation projects – such as post-regulator examination or post internal audit report
- Change management, regulatory projects or work-load spikes
- Maternity and paternity cover
- Sickness cover or other absence putting a strain on resources
- During times of hiring restrictions – our support is not adding headcount, we are typically categorised as ‘professional services’ – a different part of the P&L
