Compliance consulting
Providing expert regulatory advice and guidance, Blueprint GRC is often retained for ongoing support or specific projects where practical advice based on decades of front-line consulting is called for. This advisory role can complement our in-sourced secondments or outsourced solutions.
Flexible in-sourced compliance staff
Blueprint GRC offers temporary compliance resources at all levels for placement on-site at our clients’ offices or working off-site, remotely at ours. All such assignments are supervised by senior managers adding a further layer of expert resource.
With our in-sourcing solution, you get the capacity of the allocated staff member, but the support – experience and expertise – of our entire team.
Outsourcing of compliance functions
Instead of in-sourcing staff, our clients can alternatively outsource certain functions to Blueprint, such as compliance monitoring, compliance task execution, drafting policy, procedures and controls, training, prudential and regulatory filings, document review and beyond.
Outsourcing the more routine and effort-intensive functions can free up your time for other priorities.
Operational Support
We have an experienced operations team to support our front-line consultants and clients alike. We support a range of buy-side alternative and traditional asset managers, as well as regulatory hosts (Appointed Reps and discretionary management), and firms seeking EU access.
Drawing on years of experience, our Operations Support team manages multi-jurisdictional regulatory filings (such as Annex IV, AIFMD II, 13F, Form PF etc.), the monitoring and reporting of shareholder disclosures, UK and EU Short-Sale Restrictions and portfolio position limits. As well as sanctions monitoring, vendor/counterparty due diligence, risk, and more general back and middle office support.
By combining regulatory and operations with data engineering and transformation expertise, our team can also offer the consolidation of complex data from disparate sources into a single, audit-ready dataset – reducing manual effort upstream of filings and reporting.
Investment Performance Solutions
Blueprint GRC’s performance services team strengthen clients’ performance calculations, reporting, marketing, controls, and governance.
We help investment firms build and maintain credible, well-controlled performance programs. We provide an independent review, additional operational capacity, as well as US, UK and EU performance marketing consulting.
Our experienced team also provides guidance on achieving, maintaining and independently verifying GIPS® compliance.
Regulatory Reporting for Global Clients
Blueprint GRC can ingest large amounts of fund and SMA holdings and trading data to analyse against global reporting requirements.
Having identified a reporting requirement, our team can then report that need to the client, promptly configure the data and prepare the ‘ready-to-submit’ reports.
