Welcoming Amy Bourdeau to Blueprint GRC as Managing Director
We are delighted to announce the launch of Blueprint GRC’s investment performance solutions, to be delivered by Blueprint GRC (Performance) LLC out of Nashville, TN. We are equally excited to announce the appointment of seasoned investment performance specialist Amy Bourdeau as our newest Managing Director, heading up that division.
With over 16 years of experience in investment performance consulting, Amy specializes in GIPS® (Global Investment Performance Standards) verification, helping firms achieve accuracy, transparency, and compliance in their investment reporting. She also has helped many investment management firms in other areas of investment performance through consulting and bespoke engagements. Throughout her career she has worked with some of the world’s largest and most diversified financial investment firms, based in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom.

Her experience spans a broad range of asset classes, from traditional equity and fixed income to alternative investments, enabling her to provide tailored, strategic solutions that support clients’ goals for performance reporting, regulatory compliance, and investor confidence.

Prior to joining Blueprint GRC Amy spent 16 years with ACA Group, most recently as a Managing Director in their Performance services division.
