We are delighted to have Kira join the team this month to manage our SEC compliance programme and help clients with their US regulatory obligations.
Kira brings nearly seven years of experience in SEC regulatory compliance, working with hedge funds, private markets, and investment managers worldwide. With a strong focus on client relationships, she has guided investment managers through every stage of regulatory compliance—from initial SEC registration and ongoing filing assistance to compliance policy reviews and SEC examination preparation and support.
Before joining Blueprint, Kira was a senior consultant at ACA Compliance Group, where she worked with a diverse portfolio of over 30 clients. She began her career in ACA’s Chicago office before relocating to London in 2019, expanding her expertise in SEC compliance for UK and European investment managers. In her role, Kira was responsible for developing and implementing compliance programmes, training colleagues and client staff on regulatory requirements and conducting periodic policy and procedure reviews to keep her clients ahead of jurisdictional challenges and evolving regulations.
Kira holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University, as well as a Master of Arts in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster.
